Unlike other manga in the more male-oriented Yaoi Troupe, Bachi Bachi is a set of serious stories that focuses on emotions and hurt. Bachi Bachi tells the story of Tsudanuma and Toui, two young boys who love playing football.
Tsudanuma is a captain and Toui is a vice-captain. Both of them have figured out that they are interested in men. They both start developing feelings for their junior and fellow player Ichita.
They both decide that they have to tell him how they feel, so they both confess their feelings. It turns out that Ichita has feelings for both of them as well, and so, a love triangle starts that brings a lot of love, but a lot of hurt as well.
The Bachi Bachi manga also features a set of four one-shots and an extended version with sixteen more pages. This manga, however, is not suitable for a younger audience as it features mature language and mature situations.
