Kakuriyo no yadomeshi (or Kakuriyo : Bed and Breakfast for spirits) is a Japanese manga series written by Yuma and skillfully illustrated by Laruha, based on the Kakuriyo no Yadomeshi light novel. The story is basically a twist on Japanese mythology combined with fantasy and romance. Kakuriyo no Yadomeshi Anime is also based on this manga.
Kakuriyo no Yadomeshi Manga Storyline:The story is about a girl named Aoi Tsubaki, a college student who inherits a magical trait from her grandfather which is the ability to see the Ayakashi (the dead spirits and demons). One uneventful morning she walks past a shrine where she runs into a hungry Ayakashi. Out of the kindness of her heart she feeds the Ayakashi Odanna, an ogre. The ogre however kidnaps her and takes her to his own realm.
Moving on in Kakuriyo no Yadomeshi Manga, Odanna or otherwise known as The Master, tells Aoi that her grandfather owed her a debt which now she has to repay and to do so, she has to marry Odanna. Aoi instead negotiated with the ogre to let her pay off his debt by working for him at his inn as a cook.
Odanna agrees but that deal is not unconditional. Aoi has a time limit to meet and if she can not pay off the debt by that time, she will have to marry him. The story progresses with Aoi working for Odanna but her chores start to feel less like work as she starts to develop unexplained feelings for him.
