A 17-year-old boy named Tsurumi Asuta is a high school student who works in a restaurant that his father owns. He works as an apprentice cook at “Tsurumi-ya”, a place that has managed by generations of Asuta’s parents.
One day, his father encounters an accident. Getting hit by a truck, he is unable to work and manage the restaurant for a long time ahead. When Tsurumi visits the hospital to see his father, he gets news that shocks him to the core. He hears on the phone that the Tsumi-ya restaurant has caught a huge blaze of fire.
Immediately after listening to the news, he rushes to his restaurant. But he rushes for a specific reason in particular: his father’s Asuta knife in Isekai Ryouridou.
The Asuta knife holds a special place for his father. And the current situation he’s in, the last thing he would want hear is the knife getting lost in the fire.
When he finally gets to the restaurant, he jumps right into the fire to get the knife. But when he gets inside the restaurant which was melting down by the fire, after a while he finds himself somewhere strange: a jungle!
In a flash, he finds himself stranded in a jungle. As soon as he gets there, he meets Ai Fa, a girl who calls her as one the “People of Morihen”. After a while, he realizes that he has transported into a totally different world.
