Ayumi is living a perfect life she has everything from looks to the perfect boyfriend. Her family loves her very much and she is happy with how her life turned out. On her first date with the guy of her dreams, an accident happens. Before she can even reach her boyfriend she is interrupted by a call, it’s of one of her classmates umine, she tells Ayumi that she is going to die.
Naturally, Ayumi is shocked and becomes very concerned, she tries to get to her but before she could Umine falls of a large building right in front of Ayumi. In the next scene, we see Ayumi waking up in the hospital, but something is not right she now has Umani’s body. She tries to explain to the doctor that she is not Umani but they don’t believe her and think that it’s a side effect from the fall.
Ayumi’s life has been changed forever she has somehow changed bodies with one the ugliest girls in the class. She tries to tell anybody that would listen to her tragedy but nobody believes her, except for an old friend of hers named Kaga. She is relieved to have a companion in these pressing times but not a lot change as she still has Umani’s body.
As the story progresses we see that both of the girls experience each other’s world and start to figure out that it’s doesn’t matter who you are on the outside it what’s in your heart that matters the most.
